The property is registered under one topographical number and is the sole property of a private individual. The area has no "land protection fine rate" value, so it can be purchased by a natural or legal person from either a domestic or an EU, (and EEA member) member state.
The entire area of the site is fenced. On the one hand, there is a wire mesh fence around the buildings and their immediate surroundings, with several entrances, the main entrance of which is equipped with an electric gate. The rest of the farm (the grazing part) is fenced with a two-row slatted fence, plus an electric shepherd. The plot of land beyond the farm is currently utilized as arable land, but the owner restores the original (pasture) condition in case of sale (and demand) (the cultivation branch remains unchanged). No one is currently logged in to land use.

There are a total of 4 buildings on site.
The total area of ​​the main building is ~ 200 m2, rectangular. The interior of the building is divided by a corridor, on the left side of the corridor there are: 3 rooms (~ 15 m2 each), 1 toilet (~ 5 m2), 1 bathroom (with shower only; ~ 8 m2), 1 large kitchen (~ 40 m2)
On the right side of the corridor there are two rooms, one of which is a huge living room, which can also be used as an event room, it can accommodate about 60-70 people, from this room the terrace opens. The other room is the engine room (boiler and distribution board). The building is equipped with an alarm, painted on the outside, in average condition.

Around 500 m2 of paved area was built around the central building, also to reach the other superstructures and the pool. Next to the main building there are three smaller superstructures: • separate living room / service apartment (room-kitchen-bathroom) • 4-seater barn • engine house There is also a large swimming pool on the plot, which can be locked and covered with plexiglass. The pool also has water purification and circulating equipment for proper water quality. It can be reached via a paved road from the central building. The water supply is provided by a drilled well (86 m deep), the sewage system has a sedimentation system. Power is provided by a transformer located at the entrance of the property (3x25A, expandable if required).
