2021.01.13 January I founded my IT company in Rudolstadt, Germany. The company has an official registered German VAT number and a company bank account with Grenke Bank. There are no debts. The company can do any IT activities in Germany. Since 2021.07.01 we have a contract with KOMSA systems GMBH, on the basis of which we own an Ebay platinum webshop with a 9-year license for 4999 Euro per month (this 9 years is already paid for thanks to a subsidy and we can extend it for free on request after the 9 years. KOMSA systems GMBH provides access to an official billing software and more than 4000! All you have to do is to choose the product and upload it to the ebay webshop via the billing program (easyfilius), the pictures, the description and the promotion of the products are done by Komsa, so it will save you a lot of time!
