I have decided to sell this business because I want to work more on my Youtube automation business instead. And I don't feel as passionate about the store as I used to.

Why this business was started
I saw a gap in the market where nobody was selling several beauty devices in the same store. There were a lot of 1-product-stores but no one was selling a multitude of products that would allow you to buy everything you new for your own "at home spa". This is why we often get large orders well over $400 with several products at the same time.

What's involved in running this business
Running advertising campaigns
Making sure we don't run out of Product bags and Warranty slips.
Buying stock to cover for the Chinese New year and other Chinese holidays where the factories close.
Updating Instagram.
Product research (Done by our VA, Veronica Cobeng)
Fulfilling order (done by our supplier)
You can comfortably run this store with 3 hours of work a day (Or less). I have probably only worked on it 2-3 hours a day for the past year. Granted that some days I don't work on it at all and other days I work on it 10 hours.


How to grow this business
I would double down on Facebook ads since we are one of the few stores on Facebook that is allowed to sell on the platform without getting blocked for policy violations. I would introduce more products and try to sell more to people that want to open their own beauty salon, since they are the ones that are placing the largest orders. This would include adding more semi-professional devices. I'm quite bad at marketing so I have no doubt that someone better than me would be able to scale this to the moon.

Skills to have
You don't need any new skills if you decide to keep our Virtual assistant Veronica Cobeng. She is the one that writes all the copywriting and the info about how to use the products etc. We also have a dedicated Supplier with all the knowledge of our business and the best shipping methods so it's not really anything new you have to learn.
Advertising can be outsourced.


Logo and branding assets
You will get sent absolutely all the media that is used to run this company today. We can put it on a hard or Cloud drive and send it to you.

Personal support after sale
I will provide you with whatever you need for a month after the sale has been made. I doubt that you will need any help from me since our VA, Veronica practically is running the entire business on her own. She knows everything and does everything.

All the photos will be sent to you in their original and formatted versions. Either on hard or cloud drive.

Our supplier's name is Sam and is one of the most honest and trustworthy people I have ever worked with. One month he even lent us $8000 of his own money for an entire week to be able to stock up before the Black Friday sales started. He also has his own warehouse where he keeps our stock during the periods when we are not dropshipping. (Like the Chinese new year). The warehouse is located in Shenzhen, China and Sam is able to deliver our products to the US within 10-16 days and Europe 5-10 days. Our Supplier takes care of the cost of all warranty claims. He also refurbishes all returned products and sends them out again for $3 + Shipping.
