The best way to succeed in this business is to get good designs and add them to the designer. Then in the Facebook Ad for example you would include this design to drive traffic to the site. If someone indeed buys then you must download the image, go to Printful and upload the picture and fulfill the order there. Another thing i recommend is building a network of designers who can prepare good images to sell. You list their images and every image that gets sold you kickback them a fee. That way its win win for you and the designer and they have incentive to send you their designs. Most designers have a portfolio of images already so it would be simple for them to send you.
