    There is a lot to take advantage of to grow the business. I have not even tapped into the full potential of wholesaling, monetizing the YouTube channel, being more active on Facebook and Instagram, offering online workshops, creating partnerships with other brands in the industry, or working with international distributors. Personally, I'd work on more time developing content for our social media platforms engaging with the customers (Facebook live, Instagram live, YouTube, replying to comments and engaging with customers) Create online classes (using a platform like Teachable) Collaborate with other brands to co-create products Grow the design team Grow subscriber list via opt-ins Grow the wholesale side of the business (direct to wholesale accounts and via an international distributor) Return to a monthly product release schedule Re-evaluate product pricing to see what is best for the current market Grow product lines and range of products
  • Competition / Market:
    It depends on if you want to design products yourself, or hire an independent contractor to create artwork for products. Shopify is very intuitive and provides great resources for learning how to navigate If interested in designing your own products, an understand of Adobe Illustrator or Procreate would be helpful. Also, since at the moment it is an entirely online business, knowledge of social media platforms is vital.
  • Support & Training:
    I will provide 3 months of consulting support and training after the sale. I am willing to help the new owner: get comfortable navigating Shopify, learning how to list products, manage inventory, etc., get familiar with [REDACTED] if that's who they choose to ship with, meet our manufacturers, meet our wholesale customers, establish connection with international distributor, help transfer all accounts (social media, mail chimp, domain emails, packaging supplies, Shopify apps, etc), offer insight into online and in person workshops. I will not provide help with product design/graphic design. But I am happy to put the buyer in contact with graphic designers I worked with in the past that may be interested in doing contract graphic design work!
