We listen to what our clients tell us, and top of the list in their concerns is that when dealing with our competitors, clients inevitably end up talking to a new person every few months and have to explain their business from the beginning. This is not right, and we do not want this for Pymrix and our clients.
This ‘account mentality’, is, in our opinion, unsatisfactory, as it provides poor customer service, and creates more room for errors to be made. So while we have grown, we have kept our roots strong; meets all the clients needs.
